LOAN DECISION IN MINUTES
Approved: An email of approval will be sent to the homeowner. Please
work with the lender to complete membership and
loan documents. Work can begin once the lender receives
completed documents.

 

Declined: Add a co-borrower or find another method of payment.
 

Pending review: The lender requires additional information.
Allow at least 15 minutes for the lender to receive your application,
then call the number provided on the decision email.
 

 

CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
Once the job is completed to your satisfaction, sign the certificate
of completion. This allows for the project funds to be disbursed to
your contractor.
